Contracted as one of the UX designers to revitalize the Smoothie King app based on negative user feedback. Overhauled the design system for a fresh look, while improving WCAG compliance, accessibility, and UI/UX. Collaborated with engineers and stakeholders through usability testing and iterations to ensure the updated design boosted user experience and aligned with business goals.
