I lead a 20+ person cross-functional team spanning design, user experience research (UXR), and marketing. My responsibilities include driving product strategy to align with business objectives and deploying it throughout the organization. I oversee the development of our design system and manage both the team and product to ensure alignment with our AI-backed ERP. Our full-stack engineering team leverages APIs, LLMs (OpenAI), and NLP to build interfaces that automate backend business tasks and organization-wide processes. I prioritize user-centricity and business needs in the creation (PRDs) to deliver modern enterprise solutions.
