Developed multi-turn AI assistant interactions in Adobe Experience Cloud, leveraging NLP techniques like conversation design, disambiguation, and context preservation to accurately interpret user intent. Collaborated with senior UXD, UXR, UX writers, and engineers to address critical business needs informed by existing metrics/user research. Selected as the sole intern from 2,000+ applicants.
I worked on the Monetization Payments team at Meta, specifically optimizing for a brand new WhatsApp Fintech experience. I built robust interactive prototypes, met with and presented to key stakeholders like Will Cathcart, Alicia Dougherty, and Mark Zuckerberg.

Lead product designer for a suite of applications tailored to e-commerce businesses of all sizes. Enterprise design system, AI/NLP strategy, and wireframe buildout. B2B Startup backed by NVIDIA, AngelList, Microsoft, MongoDB, and Google for Startups.
I was the lead PD for Bru, a customizable AI rewards program builder for small cafe owners and their customers. It is a B2B/B2C product, and won Apple's App Store Awards in 2022.
Spleck Fintech is a P2P app that allows users to seamlessly cover their portion of money owed when dining out. The app uses OCR to convert the scanned receipt into text, then utilizes AI to process and split the bill.

As the Design Manager, I led a team of eight product designers in developing an app to streamline volunteer efforts in the Dominican Republic.
I took on a challenge from Duolingo's design team. Using components from their existing design system, I crafted a fitness flow concept, aligning seamlessly with their family of applications, including elements from music and math.
